Stuart Scott

- Stuart was admitted to the Bar in 2016 after completing pupillage with Steven Budlender.
- Stuart has argued in the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court of Appeal, the High Court as well as in the Namibian Supreme Court.
- Before joining the Bar, Stuart worked at Webber Wentzel and served as a law clerk to Justice Khampepe at the Constitutional Court.
- Stuart holds an LLM degree from Cambridge University, where he was a Commonwealth Scholar. He has completed the certificate in Advanced Company Law at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits).
- Stuart is an advocacy trainer in the JHB Bar Advocacy Training programme, and serves as an external examiner (post-graduate) at Wits University.
- Stuart has published various articles in law journals and book chapters on international law (with Max du Plessis SC) and freedom of expression (with Dario Milo).
